Due to current events and to broaden the possibilities of those interested in intrapartum ultrasound, but cannot attend in person, now online-only attendance (at a reduced rate of Euro 150.-) for the Saturday 9 May congress and the Friday 8 May afternoon teaching course is also possible.
Online-attendance will be on Zoom. We will try to enable gaining you to earn CME points for online-only participation, but this requires you to complete several proofs of attendance during the course and during the congress. Requests to do so will be made during the course and congress at random times, using links in the Zoom chat; make sure beforehand that you can follow such links (example) . CME can only be awarded if you complete at least 80% of these requests.
To participate online-only you will receive an email the Zoom registration link immediately after a successful booking . YOU MUST FOLLOW THE LINK IN THIS EMAIL AND COMPLETE THE FORM ON ZOOM IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE.
What if I have already booked for in-person-attendance?
If you have already booked your in-person attendance, but have to change to online-only, please book online-only attendance, using the form below, indicating that you need a refund by clicking the respective box.
Then, please also contact us using this form to ask for a refund for the in-person booking. Please indicate the date of the bookings, the name of the attendee and the email addressed used for the booking.
The original registration fee cannot be used towards the online-only fee.
A refund can only be issued to the credit card you used to the original booking. Please allow for some days after the course for processing of the refund, thanks.
